中文摘要 《2008年四川经济形势分析与预测》一书，是以四川省社会科学院年度科研课题“四川经济形势分析与预测”为基础，组织院内外有关专家撰写的专题研究报告和分析文章。
本书既有对四川经济发展的总体描述与趋势预测，也有对近期热点问题的专题分析，还有对成都实施统筹城乡综合配套改革试验的专题研究，是一本全面展示当前四川经济发展现状和未来走势的专集。本书分为四个部分：第一部分为“综合分析与预测篇”，包括2007年四川经济形势分析及2008年展望、2008年四川经济发展环境分析与预测等。第二部分为“专题分析与预测篇”，对四川财政、固定资产投资、消费、劳动就业、收入分配、自主创新等进行了分析与预测。第三部分为“统筹城乡篇”，对四川城镇化的现状、问题进行了分析，提出了推进四川城镇化的对策建议，对统筹城乡产业、统筹城乡社会保障、统筹城乡财政投融资体制改革以及统筹城乡发展评价指标体系等重大问题进行了研究。第四部分为“热点篇”，内容基本上反映了四川近期经济社会发展中的热点问题，如贯彻落实科学发展观的进展情况、国有资产管理体制改革、物价未来走势、节能减排进程评估与推进思路等。 关键词：四川经济分析与预测统筹城乡发展 |
