　　法治蓝皮书2008卷(中国法治发展报告NO．6)以“法治在改革中前行”为主题，回顾2007年法治发展历程，展望2008年的法治进程。分报告中，推出立法发展报告、行政法治改革报告、司法改革报告(包括检察改革、法院改革、法律服务体制改革)，以及港澳台法治与国际法治。
　　专题报告篇选取死刑核准制度、刑事被害人国家补偿制度、宽严相济刑事司法政策、刑事赔偿、反垄断法、物权法、劳动合同法、人权法、行政收费、金融法治、环境法治、公益法实践加以探讨，意在反思过去，直视现状，展望未来。国情调研是中国社会科学院发挥思想库、智囊团的重要渠道。中国法治与社会发展国情调研组2008年推出“汉南经验”与科学发展的软环境、农村纠纷解决两篇调查报告。地方法治篇选择湖南、重庆、迪庆、余杭加以分析，探索地方法治发展之路，选择迪庆藏族自治州旨在探讨少数民族地区法治问题。法治热点篇对当前关注的食品药品安全法治建设和国家知识产权战略进行探讨。
