一般来说,房地产就是金融,离开金融,房地产寸步难行,但不能说金融就是房地产,金融的内涵要比房地产丰富得多;同样,房地产是目前国内的支柱产业,但不能说国内的支柱产业就是房地产,房地产就是整个中国经济。如果这样,这种完全依赖房地产的经济格局随时都会面临巨大的风险。本书从金融角度来思考房地产的问题,来理解房地产的发展,来规避房地产的风险。市场永远是正确的,但要理解市场,必须掌握理解市场的工具,在本书中,这种工具可信手获得,但需有意者前往寻觅。
